At Falcon Desert (Smart Living), your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind every product we sell. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care and hygiene products once opened
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost if the issue is on our end.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

7. COD Orders & Refused Deliveries

For Cash on Delivery orders, if a customer refuses delivery without valid reason or is unavailable to receive the order, the shipping cost incurred will be charged to the customer. We kindly request that all customers carefully review their orders before placing them to avoid unnecessary costs.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank account first, then contact your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the details below.
