We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) across KSA & UAE, as well as other available payment methods displayed at checkout.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If an order is placed and the customer is unavailable to receive it or refuses delivery without valid reason, shipping costs incurred may be charged to the customer. We kindly request that you carefully review your order before placing it to avoid any inconvenience.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 3–7 business days across KSA & UAE. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control such as customs delays, weather conditions, or courier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by third party courier services. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
